⚖️ Upfront Service Policies & Fee Disclosures
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before your scheduled pickup time. A $10.00 cancellation fee applies to point-to-point rides cancelled within 6 hours or after a driver has been dispatched.
- Hourly Service Deposit: Hourly bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit at booking to reserve and hold the vehicle. The remaining 75% balance is due to your driver at pickup (cash or card).
- After-Hours Fee: A $5.00 fee is added to rides scheduled between Midnight (12:00 AM) and 8:00 AM.
- Tuesday Day-Off Fee: A $10.00 convenience fee applies to rides scheduled on Tuesdays.
- Loyalty Rewards: Every 7th completed ride unlocks a special discount (progressing through 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, then 50% off, and then repeats!).
